Happy Born Juicy Day! Juicy Couture Cake for a 18th birthday

I have been busy, busy, busy this week but I loved it. This was my second take on making a Juicy Couture cake. Instead of pink and brown, the customer wanted pink and black. The cake was a vanilla cake mixed with vanilla pudding. She absolutely loved it!!! Happy 18th birthday dear!!!

It's a Girl!!! Cupcakes for Adriana's baby shower

I created these cupcakes for a former student of mine who is having a baby girl due in December. I filled half of my piping bag with white icing and then the other half with pink icing to get this effect. I absolutely loved the way they turned out!!! Congrats Adriana!!

Ashley's baby shower cake....

I had the honor and privilege to use my talents to make a cake for my second daughter Ashley's babyshower. I had no idea of what to do nor did Ashley give me any ideas. All she said was she wanted a pregnant lady on it. Because I didn't have much time the cake below is what I came up with. The mommy to be and the party guest loved it!! My son,the future Chef, challenged me to make a cake for him one day. He said he would find a picture for me to put on the cake. When he gave me the picture my reply was, "All of them?" He laughed and said, "Yes!" So the pictures you will see is my attempt to recreate the picture he gave to me. I didn't do too bad if I do say so myself!!!!

Getting it In!!! Opening of Hampton Middle School's Fitness Room

This cake was created for my brother who was responsible for creating and opening a new fitness room for the teachers at Hampton Middle School. The goal is to get the faculty, staff and students at Hampton Middle School to stay healthy and fit. It was sponsored by NFL Play 60. To my big brother, I am proud of all you do! To Hampton Middle School, time to get it in and stay fit! Let's go!!
