About Sweet E

Introducing Sweet E: Hello my name is Erica and I became interested in cake decorating and design by watching one of my best friends(Go Kris!) decorating cakes. I did not nurture my interest until 2006 when I registered for my first class at Michael's craft store. Before I knew it, I had completed all the courses they had to offer and people were now hiring me to bake and design cakes for their special events. I think I have finally found my true passion!
